		<description>There is no doubt, that Information and Communication Technology, is transforming and empowering Africa, from making telephone calls,texts by small business owners, money transfers to operating software, used by private, public organizations,  the challenge however is  to  identify areas where the Governments ,private sector and Civil Society can  engage significantly, implement sustainable e-infrastructures, that can accelerate the economic and social transformation of African Societies.</description>
