CLARA and ALICE 2 publish a White Paper

The Latin American Research Education Network (CLARA) is a non-profit International Law Organisation serving as a Latin American collaboration system by means of telecommunications advanced networks for research, innovation and education. The organisation has published a new study entitled “Advanced Networks in Latin America: Infrastructures for regional development in Science, Technology and Innovation”, which is the result of a set of studies conducted in 2009 on the state of networks in developed countries and Latin America. The studies cover, among other topics, the networking structure, services and the role of scientific policy and legislation. The research and its publication have bee financed by the the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the European Commission through the ALICE2 project. |
